TechniDock supplies a high-performance hybrid composite decking engineered specifically for marine environments — impervious to water, cool underfoot, and strong enough to span up to 30 inches between stringers.
Our composite decking is a virgin-grade, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) hybrid that incorporates rice hulls — an agricultural byproduct — as its reinforcing filler. Unlike many composite products on the market, it contains absolutely no wood flour or wood filler, making it completely impervious to water absorption, rot, and mold. The result is a decking material that performs like a true marine product, not a repurposed lumber substitute.

Virgin-Grade HDPE

Rice Hull Reinforcement
Rice hulls replace wood flour and wood filler entirely. This agricultural byproduct provides excellent stiffness without the moisture absorption that causes traditional wood-composite decking to swell, crack, or delaminate.
Impervious to Water
With no wood content whatsoever, this decking will not absorb water, rot, or support mold and mildew growth — making it ideal for docks, gangways, and any waterfront application.
Hollow I-Beam Profile
The hollow I-beam cross-section delivers exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. The air cavity inside the board also acts as an insulator, keeping the deck surface noticeably cooler on hot summer days.
30" Span Capability
The I-beam profile allows spans of up to 30 inches between stringers. Fewer stringers means less framing material, faster installation, and reduced overall project cost.
Slip-Resistant Surface
The textured surface provides reliable traction in wet conditions — an essential safety feature for any dock, gangway, or waterfront walkway.
